Flowers in The City

The Flowers in the City Campaign was launched over forty years ago by the Worshipful Company of Gardeners, in conjunction with, and supported by, the Corporation of London. The prime purpose of the Flowers in the City Campaign is to “beautify” the City, to make the City a place to be proud of, and a joy to work or live in.

Since its inception the campaign has been organised, and run, by the Gardeners’ Company, one of the ancient City Livery Companies. With the continued support from the Corporation the campaign has flourished.

Whilst the Corporation maintains a considerable number of gardens and floral displays throughout the City through its Parks and Gardens department, the Flowers in the City Campaign targets the private sector, rewarding a variety of individuals and companies alike via its Winter and Summer campaigns.
